Shipping & Refunds Policy

No refunds on consumable products. Please read the ingredients carefully prior to purchasing, to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients or that you are not averse to any of the flavouring. 

We do not exchange opened packages under any circumstances. Taste MAY vary from batch to batch occasionally, we do our best to ensure consistency in taste however this may happen under unforeseen circumstances. 

Fitforce dispatches products within a reasonable time frame. 2-3 working days for products that are in stock, 10-14 working days for products purchased on back order. 

Once dispatched, Fitforce is not responsible for any delays by the courier service. Follow up your order with the tracking no provided, directly with the courier service. Fitforce will not refund any purchases due to any delays by the courier company.
