Loving absolute protein. I purchased this because I wanted to lose a few extra kgs, and it really has helped me do that. I feel full for hours so I don’t need to snack. Enjoying the taste, and it smells so delicious! I have lost 2kgs with this product so far, eating relatively better and exercising 4x a week.
